There will ALWAYS be something to be scared or sad about. That is why I refuse to allow it to waste away the precious few years I have to live on planet earth.
Bad things happen, yes, but don't give them more power than they deserve. They are rude house guests where upon invitation, they take over and make YOUR life their own.
